The British company MetaPack held a conference in Paris at Hotel Peninsula with its partner the American company Manhattan. The topic of the conference was : 'Meeting the challenges of international e-commerce'.




Three speakers :

- Introduction : Dominique BRUNIN, CEO of ACFCI (International branch of French Chambre de Commerce). The Topic was Trends and challenges of transborder eCommerce market.

- Henri SEROUX, senior Vice-President of EMEA Manhattan Associates. The topic was logistic challenges and choice of sourcing.

- Pierre SORIA, Vice-President of South of Europe, MetaPack. The topic was answer to consumers demands : Personalized delivery options, follow-up of orders and return of orders.
