Indeed, the COP21, which had been held in Paris, had succeeded in having 195 countries signed on December 12, 2015 under the UNFCCC framework at Le Bourget, under the presidency of Laurent Fabius and the Presidency of the French Republic of Francois Hollande. The agreement was even crowned by the international community and was called "The Paris Agreement", given its historical and vital nature for the Planet. The former French President, Hollande declared: "There will be no return Back on the Paris Climate Agreement " By a press release. The New French President Emmanuel Macron immediately responded during a statement since the Elysee "We will not renegotiate a less ambitious agreement of the Paris agreement." He added that he "respects the decision of his American counterpart Donald Trump, but" regrets it and commits a fault for the planet "and considers this decision" for his country, his people and for the planet " It is a fault for the Planete "he adds" The United States turn its back on the world but France will not turn its back on the United States. PRESIDENT MACRON LAUNCHED A NEW SYMBOLIC SUCCESSFUL DIPLOMATIC PUNCHLINE--------------------- Freshly elected President Macron seized the opportunity to establish his leadership position (Young, aged 39) on the international scene by responding promptly and warmly to American President Trump. He used a very cunning and symbolic diplomatic tactic that will mark the spirits. Who would blame him? Because, as President Macron said, "the hour is serious" in the face of the threat of devastating effects (which have already begun) on climate change and "our responsibility to avoid wars, crises and famines and migrations" Future generations ". President Macron has not only paraphrased the slogan of his American counterpart "Make Americas Great Again", transformed into "Make the Planet Great Again", into a verbal contract to mean "The Planet and by extension the whole world will not solve Your decision to withdraw the US from the Paris Accord, signed by the Obama administration.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ It is very cunning, and very well seen, because the slogan became viral and was the tweet most relayed in the days that followed on the canvas in France and elsewhere. The other very strong and symbolic gesture was the speech in English by President Francis Macron, who thus broke the codes, as he has been used since he was candidate for the presidency and then his election. Never had a French head of state used the language of Shakespeare in a speech filmed at the Elysee. President Macron has dared, at the risk of upsetting ancestral habits ... in the image of his political program, his party "Les Republicans en Marche" and even his vision of marriage with his older wife, in the name of Love and loyalty has its ideas and renewing principles. Some obsessed with La Francophonie have interpreted this gesture as a sacrilege. But the rest of the world applauded his act and his audacity against the President of the world's largest country, the USA. It is thus a new President at the head of a country "of the Old Continent of Europe" whose ideas of social liberalisation, now beyond the borders, by breaking with the elements of language and acts of the past, ranked in The closet of the "Conservative Old France" and a "frank talk". It may be a new era that is looming, and looks forward to the first steps of the audacity of one of the youngest European heads of state ... Its audacity did not allow it to be made Elect, in front of the leaders of the traditional parties left and right, entangled in their crises, he who was three years ago, unknown to everyone? While "no one would have bet on me three years ago" as confessed himself, Emmanuel Macron, during his presidential campaign ...
